Refund Policy
The DownloadRating Inc. strives to provide the customer with utmost
satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with a product, you are welcome to
request a refund within 30 days of your purchase date. We offer our customers a
100% satisfaction guarantee. Should you be dissatisfied with your purchase, you
may request and obtain a refund in full by mailing us a signed "Letter of
Destruction" which we provide within 15 days of your purchase date. All
refunds for credit will be issued to the credit card account that appears on the
original order. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
For Products Delivered via Electronic Download
Product return policies are set individually by each of our product
manufacturers. To return an electronically delivered product, please contact the
software manufacturer and request a product return. The software manufacturer
may ask you destroy the software or delete it from your system. You will need to
provide them with your full name, address, product(s) ordered, and date of
purchase. The software manufacturer will need to notify DownloadRating. that
the return has been authorized. Within 5 business days of our receipt of the
return authorization from the product manufacturer, we will credit your credit
card for the cost of the returned item(s).
Products Delivered via Physical Shipment
Product return policies are set individually by each of our product
manufacturers. To return an unopened product (DownloadRating Inc. will accept
returns only for unopened software), please contact the software manufacturer
and request a product return. The software manufacturer will need to notify DownloadRating
Inc. at that the return has been authorized. You will need to provide them with
your full name, address, product(s) ordered, and date of purchase. You will also
need to ship the unopened item(s) to product manufacturer. Make sure that you
also include your name, address, date of purchase, as well as a copy of the
original invoice (if possible). Within 5 business days of our receipt of the
unopened item(s), and the return authorization from the product manufacturer, DownloadRating
Inc. will credit your credit card for the cost of the item(s), less shipping
charges.
The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of unopened software,
unless otherwise authorized by DownloadRating Inc.. All returns are subject to
approval by our customer service department.
